Kot Tri is a free application that allows users to locate selective sorting and recycling collection points in Mauritius and report their status. The application is published by La Potion Low Code Studio Ltd. By downloading and using the application, you accept these Terms of Use without reservation.

Article 1: Data Accuracy

Although we strive to keep information up to date:

• The application is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that collection points will always be accessible, empty, or operational.

• We are not liable for changes made by authorities or waste management companies.

• Users visit collection points at their own risk.

Article 2: User Conduct

You agree to:

• Not send false reports (spam).

• Not use the application for illegal activities.

• Respect collection sites (do not illegally dump waste if the bin is full).

• Be respectful in any potential communications (reports, messages to the admin).

• Moderation: We reserve the right to ban any user who does not comply with these rules.

Article 3: Intellectual Property

The design, source code, logo, and database of Kot Tri are the exclusive property of La Potion Low Code Studio Ltd. Any reproduction or data scraping is prohibited without written permission.

Article 4: User-Generated Content

If you submit a photo or information (via WhatsApp or the App), you grant us the right to use this information to update the application's public database. You warrant that you have the right to share this content.

Article 5: Applicable Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mauritian courts.
