• Identification Data: No registration is required to use the service. For this "Anonymous" mode, a temporary unique identifier is generated by Google Firebase.

• User Content: Information provided during a report (type of issue, potential photos, comments). This information is anonymous.

• Technical Data: Phone model, system version (iOS/Android), and crash logs for maintenance (via Firebase Crashlytics).

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Display the interactive map and calculate distances.

• Manage your user account and preferences.

• Process community reports (full bins, errors).

• Improve the quality of the waste database in Mauritius.
