Article 1: Purpose and Acceptance

La Potion Low Code Studio Ltd, hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher," provides the GajMap mobile application (the "Application"). Access to and use of the Application implies the unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Article 2: Service Description

GajMap is an information platform and a localization tool enabling users to find mobile sellers (referred to as "Merchants") offering products (food, fruits, vegetables, etc.). The service is provided to the User free of charge.

Article 3: Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

3.1 Accuracy of Location and Data

The Publisher strives to ensure the accuracy of the Merchants' GPS coordinates. However, GajMap does not guarantee the absolute precision of the location and cannot be held liable for routing errors or inaccurate location data resulting from the Merchant’s variable placement, GPS signal unavailability, or data obsolescence.

3.2 Relationship with Merchants

The Publisher acts solely as an information intermediary. The Publisher is not responsible for the quality of products sold, prices charged, effective opening hours, or transactions concluded between the User and the Merchants. Any complaint concerning a transaction must be addressed directly to the Merchant concerned.

3.3 Third-Party Content

The Application integrates essential third-party services (Google Maps API, Communication Services). The Publisher disclaims all responsibility for the unavailability, reliability, or accuracy of these third-party services.

Article 4: Use of the Service and Intellectual Property

4.1 Licenses

The User is granted a non-exclusive license to use the Application. All elements of GajMap (code, logo, design) remain the exclusive property of the Publisher.

4.2 User Data (Anonymous)

The Application uses anonymous authentication and collects usage data (Favorites, location access) to improve the service. This data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 5: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Mauritian law. Any disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Mauritius.
