Article 2: Data Collected

Principle of Anonymity: The GajMap Application is designed not to collect any direct identification information (name, email, phone number) from the User.

We collect the following indirect identifiers, solely for the purpose of service functionality:

• Anonymous Account Identifier: A unique and anonymous identifier is created for your device by Firebase. This allows us to list errors and crashes, even if you do not sign in with an email address.

• Technical Device Identifier: A technical token (FCM Token) is collected to enable the sending of future Push Notifications to your device, should you consent.

• Real-Time GPS Coordinates: Collected only when you are on the map page and have given your consent, in order to display nearby merchants. This data is not stored by the Agency.

Article 3: Purposes of Data Processing

The data is collected for the following purposes:

• To provide the core functionality of the Application (merchant localization and management of favorites).

• To improve the Application and the quality of location services.

Article 4: Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share the collected data (anonymous identifiers and geolocation) with:

• Google Firebase: For authentication (Anonymous Account Identifier) and database storage.

• Google Maps Platform: For displaying the map and calculating routes.
